Receta Chinese Shoyo Chicken

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. chopped ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 green onions, minced
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 3 pound chicken
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Combine first 9 ingredients and boil together 2 min. Add in chicken and simmer 40 min. Remove chicken and strain the mix.
- Mix cornstarch and water and add in to shoyo mix to thicken it. Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
