Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Medium shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
  • 2 x Spring onions, minced
  • 1 x Carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 x Hard peel snow peas

Direcciones

  1. Boil shrimp in warm water for approximately 8 min.
  2. Rinse in cool water. Shell and de-vein.
  3. In a heat proof bowl, add in shrimp, soy sauce, and garlic. Then all other ingredients and top with black pepper.
  4. Place bowl in steamer and cook for approximately 25 min.
