Ingredientes
- 1 lb Medium shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 2 x Spring onions, minced
- 1 x Carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1 x Hard peel snow peas
Direcciones
- 1. Boil shrimp in warm water for approximately 8 min.
- 2. Rinse in cool water. Shell and de-vein.
- 3. In a heat proof bowl, add in shrimp, soy sauce, and garlic. Then all other ingredients and top with black pepper.
- 4. Place bowl in steamer and cook for approximately 25 min.
