Ingredientes

  • 4 pound spare ribs
  • 1 (15 ounce.) bottle soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple

Direcciones

  1. Split spare ribs lengthwise. Marinate in soy sauce overnight. Drain. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then onion. Cover with pineapple and bake in covered casserole in 400 degree over for 1 1/4 hrs, till tender. Separate each rib for finger-eating.
