Receta Chinese Spare Ribs

Ingredientes
- 4 pound spare ribs
- 1 (15 ounce.) bottle soy sauce
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
Direcciones
- Split spare ribs lengthwise. Marinate in soy sauce overnight. Drain. Sprinkle with brown sugar, then onion. Cover with pineapple and bake in covered casserole in 400 degree over for 1 1/4 hrs, till tender. Separate each rib for finger-eating.
