Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar or possibly cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry or possibly orange juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice or possibly water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Arrange in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, vinegar, sherry, sesame oil, honey and garlic. Pour over chicken.
  2. Bake, uncovered, 30 min or possibly till chicken is tender and no longer pink.
  3. remove chicken from baking dish and keep hot. Transfer sauce to a small saucepan In small bow., stir together orange juice and cornstarch. Add in to sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly, about 3 min. Cook 2 min more, stirring constantly. Serve chicken with sauce.
