Receta Chinese Style Chicken Thighs

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar or possibly cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry or possibly orange juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice or possibly water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Arrange in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, vinegar, sherry, sesame oil, honey and garlic. Pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 min or possibly till chicken is tender and no longer pink.
- remove chicken from baking dish and keep hot. Transfer sauce to a small saucepan In small bow., stir together orange juice and cornstarch. Add in to sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly, about 3 min. Cook 2 min more, stirring constantly. Serve chicken with sauce.
