Chinese Style Fried Rice

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. water, divided
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. minced onion or possibly green onion
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Bring 1 1/4 c. water to boiling. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, cook Large eggs in butter in a 10 inch skillet till set. Add in onion and cooked rice. Cook and stir over medium heat till rice and onion are lightly browned, about 5 min. Mix remaining 1/4 c. water with soy sauce. Stir into rice mix.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
