Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Pak Choi, (white)
  • 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 dsh Salt

Direcciones

  1. Wash the vegetable under running water with a dash of salt. Separate the stalk from the leaves.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and add the stalk of the vegetables as these take long to cook. Then stir in the leaves.
  3. Add in the oyster sauce and add in a dash of salt.
  4. Stir well and serve warm.
