Ingredientes

  • 2 c. finely crushed potato chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. finely minced nuts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine chips, baking pwdr, and nuts. Beat egg whites till foamy. Add in vanilla and 1 Tbsp. sugar to egg whites, beat till stiff. Add in remaining sugar by Tbsp., beating well after each addition. Carefully mix in potato chip mix.
  2. Spread proportionately over side and bottom of greased 9 inch pan about 1/2 inch higher than pan rim. Bake at 350 degrees till crust is lightly browned. Fill with pudding mix of your choice.
