Ingredientes

  • 2 x dry chipotle peppers (use 3 to heat it up a little)
  • 3 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. dry oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. dry cilantro leaves
  • 1 x bay leaf
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1 tsp grnd dry orange peel

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a spice mill or possibly blender and grind till even. Store in an airtight jar. Will store for about 6 months in the freezer.
  2. Great for brisket, steak, and pork.
