Receta Chipotle Dry Rub

Ingredientes
- 2 x dry chipotle peppers (use 3 to heat it up a little)
- 3 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dry oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dry cilantro leaves
- 1 x bay leaf
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 tsp grnd dry orange peel
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a spice mill or possibly blender and grind till even. Store in an airtight jar. Will store for about 6 months in the freezer.
- Great for brisket, steak, and pork.
