Ingredientes

  • 2 x Chipotle chiles, dry
  • 1 c. Warm water
  • 6 med Tomatillos, husked, washed sliced, roasted
  • 1 med White onion, sliced
  • 6 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. Fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt - to taste

Direcciones

  1. Toast chiles in heavy skillet over medium heat till brown & fragrant, about 3 min. Cold slightly, slit open, and remove seeds. Saute/fry onion and garlic till lightly brown.
  2. In a small bowl toss chiles with the warm water and soak for 10 min. Put all ingredients in a blender. Process at high speed till you have a slightly textured liquid.
  3. Makes approx 2 1/2 c..
