Receta Chipotle Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredientes
- 2 x Chipotle chiles, dry
- 1 c. Warm water
- 6 med Tomatillos, husked, washed sliced, roasted
- 1 med White onion, sliced
- 6 x Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. Fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt - to taste
Direcciones
- Toast chiles in heavy skillet over medium heat till brown & fragrant, about 3 min. Cold slightly, slit open, and remove seeds. Saute/fry onion and garlic till lightly brown.
- In a small bowl toss chiles with the warm water and soak for 10 min. Put all ingredients in a blender. Process at high speed till you have a slightly textured liquid.
- Makes approx 2 1/2 c..
