- In electric skillet or possibly wok, heat oil to 350 degrees F. Combine bananas, coconut, cinnamon, and raisins. Moisten edges of won ton skins with water.
- Add in 1 tsp. of mix to center of skins, fold to create a triangle and healthy pinch edges together to seal in mix. Fry on both sides till golden.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or possibly cinnamon. Serve hot. FOR MORE
