Ingredientes

  • 2 x Chiquita bananas, mashed
  • 1 pkt Wonton skins
  • 1/3 c. Firmly packed coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Raisins Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. In electric skillet or possibly wok, heat oil to 350 degrees F. Combine bananas, coconut, cinnamon, and raisins. Moisten edges of won ton skins with water.
  2. Add in 1 tsp. of mix to center of skins, fold to create a triangle and healthy pinch edges together to seal in mix. Fry on both sides till golden.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or possibly cinnamon. Serve hot. FOR MORE
