Receta Chiquita Banana Wonton

Ingredientes
- 2 x Chiquita bananas, mashed
- 1 pkt Wonton skins
- 1/3 c. Firmly packed coconut flakes
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Raisins Oil for frying
Direcciones
- 1. In electric skillet or possibly wok, heat oil to 350 degrees F. Combine bananas, coconut, cinnamon, and raisins. Moisten edges of won ton skins with water.
- 2. Add in 1 tsp. of mix to center of skins, fold to create a triangle and healthy pinch edges together to seal in mix. Fry on both sides till golden.
- 3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or possibly cinnamon. Serve hot. FOR MORE
