Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Chitterlings
  • 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Fresh cayenne pepper (or possibly ground. to taste), minced
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Water Cracker crumbs Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Wash chitterlings thoroughly and cover with boiling salted water; add in garlic and cayenne pepper and cook till tender, about 2 hrs.
  2. Drain chitterlings and cut into two-inch pcs; dip each piece into egg beaten with water and then into cracker crumbs.
  3. Fry in warm oil at 375-deg. F. till brown; drain on paper towels.
