Choclote Pots With Cherry Brandy

Ingredientes

  • 200 gm bitter chocolate
  • 300 ml single cream
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cherry brandy

Direcciones

  1. Dessert biscuits such as sponge fingers to serve
  2. Grate the chocolate or possibly break it into small pcs.
  3. Put it into the bowl of an electric blender or possibly food processor.
  4. Heat the cream just to boiling point and pour over the chocolate.
  5. Blend at high speed for a few seconds till smooth.
  6. Break the Large eggs into the bowl blend again add in the cherry brandy and blend till the mix is smooth.
  7. Pour into 4 individual serving dishes cold and then cover and refrigerateovernight in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve with dessert biscuits.
  9. Serves 4
