Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All-purpose flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 lb Canned pumpkin
  • 1 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 c. All-Bran Cereal
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Coarsely minced nuts Confectioner's sugar (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, sugar, and spices.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Beat Large eggs till frothy. Add in pumpkin, oil, and cereal. Mix well. Add in dry ingredients, and stir till combined. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Spread in an ungreased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When cold, place on plate and drizzle with confectioner's sugar if you like.
