- Place your rinsed rice in a buttered ovenproof dish (1 1/2 pint volume) and sprinkle over the sugar. Heat the lowfat milk with the chocolate gently and then pour over the rice and add in the cinnamon stick.
- Finally scatter over the butter and a little grated nutmeg.
- Bake in the oven for about 2 hrs at 150C/gas 2.
- When you serve this dish, try adding a little clotted cream on the top of each bowl, topped with grated chocolate.
