Receta Chocolate Banana Confit

- Caramelize butter till golden. Add in slices of apple banana pcs, cook till soft. Add in 1 Tbs. sugar and rum at the end and let cold.
- Blend bananas and lowfat milk in a blender. Make a meringue with the egg whites and 4 ounce. of sugar, whip to a foam. Add in puree and create a mousse. Then add in heavy whipping cream.
- Cut cake as you like, add in caramelized butter portion on top, then the mousse on top. Decorate with fresh bananas.
