Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredientes

  • 1 ounce Unsweetened chocolate,
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 2 c. Powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk (as needed)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Heat unsweetened chocolate. Beat chocolate and butter together till smooth. Continue beating and add in 1 c sugar followed by 1 Tablespoons lowfat milk, followed by more sugar and lowfat milk, till all sugar is blended in. Use only sufficient lowfat milk to make it good consistency for spreading. Beat in vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
  2. Makes about 1 1/2 c. frosting
