Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Shortening
  • 1/2 c. Peanut butter
  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla flavoring
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Sift together dry ingredients. Cream shortening and peanut butter, add in sugar, mix again. Stir in Large eggs and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk, blend well. Drop by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet, criss-cross with fork to flatten. Bake at 400 F for 8 to 10 min. Don't overbake.
