Ingredientes

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 x egg white slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. light margarine
  • 1 x 8 ounce block Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 x 8 ounce block fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 x egg whites
  • 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 x light Milky Way bars cut up
  • 1/4 c. caramel topping fat free

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with nonstick spray oil. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 egg white, and melted margarine till well moistened. Press crust proportionately into prepared pie pan, set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine both bars of cream cheese and sugar. Beat with a mixer till fluffy. Beat in egg whites, cocoa, yogurt, and vanilla till smooth. Mix in candy bar pcs and pour into prepared pie pan. Bake at 350F for 60 to 65 min or possibly till center is set. Let stand at room temperature about 15 min. Top with caramel topping and chill till served.
  3. NOTES :all fat free cream cheese.
