Ingredientes

  • 1 (5 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 (1 ounce.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 lg. Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 12 unbaked (3 inch) tart shells

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, till chocolate and butter heat. Cold slightly. Combine Large eggs and sugar in a large bowl; add in chocolate mix and vanilla, stirring till blended. Pour into tart shells; place filled pies on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till set. Cold on a wire rack. Yield: 1 dozen tarts.
