Receta Chocolate Chestnut Frozen Nougat

- Crumble chestnuts
- Line a square pan or possibly cake pan with parchment paper
- Cut chocolate into pcs
- Heat chocolate and butter in a mixing bowl over warm water
- Once completely melted, mix quickly with a

- Pour into pan and set in refrigerator overnight
- Make custard
- In a bowl, mix Large eggs and sugar
- In a large saucepan, bring lowfat milk to a boil
- Stir lowfat milk into egg and sugar mix and pour into pan
- Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon
- When cream coats spoon, stop cooking, pour into a cool container and add in rum
- Stir and chill, stirring often to prevent top from thickening Set aside in refrigerator
- At serving time, turn out cake and slice thinly or possibly cut into cubes
- Place slices or possibly cubes on a small plate or possibly bowl and coat with rum cream
