Chocolate chip and pecan cookies

Ingredientes

  • 8 Tbl. unsalted butter
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 C. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tsp. salt (or a little more, I like salty cookies)
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 Tsp. baking SODA (trust me, with powder it ain't good)
  • 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 Tsp. ground clove
  • 1 C. chopped pecans
  • 12 Oz. chocolate chips (ghiradelli semi-sweet is my favorite)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Beat butter until fluffy
  3. Add sugars, salt, vanilla and beat 3 min.
  4. Stir in eggs, one at a time
  5. Sift together (I didn't do this b/c I don't have a sifter and they were fine) flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove in separate bowl
  6. Add half flour mixture to butter on low speed
  7. Add second half on low speed
  8. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips
  9. Drop tablespoonfuls onto lined baking sheet
  10. Bake 10-12 minutes
