Receta Chocolate chip and pecan cookies
Ingredientes
- 8 Tbl. unsalted butter
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1 C. brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tsp. salt (or a little more, I like salty cookies)
- 1 Tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 1 Tsp. baking SODA (trust me, with powder it ain't good)
- 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 Tsp. ground clove
- 1 C. chopped pecans
- 12 Oz. chocolate chips (ghiradelli semi-sweet is my favorite)
Direcciones
- -Preheat oven 350
- -Beat butter until fluffy
- -Add sugars, salt, vanilla and beat 3 min.
- -Stir in eggs, one at a time
- -Sift together (I didn't do this b/c I don't have a sifter and they were fine) flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove in separate bowl
- -Add half flour mixture to butter on low speed
- -Add second half on low speed
- -Stir in pecans and chocolate chips
- -Drop tablespoonfuls onto lined baking sheet
- -Bake 10-12 minutes
