Ingredientes

  • 2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 2 c. miniature chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. softened butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. TOPPING: Combine 1 Tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, and 2 Tbsp. softened butter. Mix well in small bowl.
  2. CAKE: Combine 1/2 c. softened butter, 1 c. sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well, then add in 3 Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Gradually add in 2 c. flour with 1 tsp. baking pwdr, 1 tsp. baking soda, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Mix well and add in 1 c. lowfat sour cream.
  3. Mix and then mix in 1 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips. Spread into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle topping proportionately over batter. Bake at 350 degrees about 40-45 min.
