Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

This is basically the perfect cupcake. It's like a blend of cake AND cheesecake!

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. soft cream cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 c. dry cocoa mix
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 40 cupcake liners

Direcciones

  1. Blend the cream cheese, egg, 1/2 c. sugar and a healthy pinch of salt.
  2. Add in mini chocolate chips. Set aside.
  3. Mix together flour, 2 c. sugar, soda and cocoa.
  4. Add in water, oil, vanilla and vinegar.
  5. Pour this mix into liners.
  6. In the center of each drop 1 Tbsp. chocolate chip cream cheese mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
