Ingredientes

  • 1 x pre-baked 9 inch pie shell, optional
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 x & 1/2 c. coarsely minced macadamia nuts
  • 2/3 c. chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Forget the crust and bake this in a ceramic pie plate for a custard dessert.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If using the baked pie shell, sprinkle the nuts and chocolate chips in it and set aside. If making a custard dessert, scatter the nuts and chips over the bottom of the dish and set aside. In a batter bowl, whisk, together the Large eggs and brown sugar very well.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell or possibly dish. Bake about 35 min or possibly till filling is set and golden.
