Receta Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x pre-baked 9 inch pie shell, optional
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 x & 1/2 c. coarsely minced macadamia nuts
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips

- Forget the crust and bake this in a ceramic pie plate for a custard dessert.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If using the baked pie shell, sprinkle the nuts and chocolate chips in it and set aside. If making a custard dessert, scatter the nuts and chips over the bottom of the dish and set aside. In a batter bowl, whisk, together the Large eggs and brown sugar very well.
- Add in remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell or possibly dish. Bake about 35 min or possibly till filling is set and golden.
