Chocolate Chip Pudding Cake Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 3 1/3 c. unsifted flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (6 ounce. size serving) Jell-O brand butter pecan, chocolate, chocolate fudge, or possibly vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 3 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. minced nuts, optional

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixer bowl. Beat till smooth and creamy. Beat in Large eggs. Gradually add in flour mix; then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min. Makes about 10 dozen.
