- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Mix well. Pat into ungreased 13- by 9- by 2-inch pan. Bake for 15 min.
- Combine condensed lowfat milk and coconut. Spread on baked layer. Return to oven; bake 15 min longer.
- Heat chocolate; spread over baked layers. Let cold in pan set on rack, then cut into 2 1/2- by 1 1/4-inch bars.
- Yield: 36 bars.
