Receta Chocolate/Coconut Bars

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Melted butter or possibly margarine - (1 stick)
- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated) - (15 ounce)
- 2 c. Flaked coconut
- 1 pkt Semisweet chocolate chips - (6 ounce)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Mix well. Pat into ungreased 13- by 9- by 2-inch pan. Bake for 15 min.
- Combine condensed lowfat milk and coconut. Spread on baked layer. Return to oven; bake 15 min longer.
- Heat chocolate; spread over baked layers. Let cold in pan set on rack, then cut into 2 1/2- by 1 1/4-inch bars.
- Yield: 36 bars.
