- Combine the crumbs, butter, and sugar
- Press into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan
- Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the coconut, milk, and pecans
- Spread over the crust
- Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes
- Cool in the pan on a wire rack
- In a small saucepan, melt the candy bar and the peanut butter over low heat
- Spread over the cooled bars
- Let stand until the frosting is set
- Cut into bars
