Ingredientes

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 plain chocolate candy bar (7 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine the crumbs, butter, and sugar
  2. Press into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan
  3. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the coconut, milk, and pecans
  5. Spread over the crust
  6. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes
  7. Cool in the pan on a wire rack
  8. In a small saucepan, melt the candy bar and the peanut butter over low heat
  9. Spread over the cooled bars
  10. Let stand until the frosting is set
  11. Cut into bars
