Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Well-stirred canned cream of coconut
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ounce Unsweetened chocolate, minced fine
  • 3/4 tsp Coconut extract, or possibly to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Malibu or possibly other coconut-flavored rum if you like

Direcciones

  1. In a heavy saucepan whisk together the cream of coconut and the heavy cream, bring the mix to a simmer, and whisk in the chocolates, whisking till they are melted and the sauce is smooth. Whisk in the coconut extract, the salt, and the Malibu and serve the sauce hot or possibly at room temperature over ice cream.
