Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1 ounce Semisweet choc, melted
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, softened

Direcciones

  1. Beat all but butter and chocolate till well mixed. Chill. Before cooking blend in chocolate that had been melted with the butter.
  2. Cook crepes. Fill with chocolate ice cream and top with orange confit and whipped cream.
  3. Orange Confit: 6 oranges 2 1/2 c orange juice 1 1/4 c sugar 1/3 c grenadine
  4. Remove zest from oranges and chop. Clean the segments. Heat the juice and sugar over low heat till sugar melts. Increase heat to med- hi and boil to 23o or possibly thread stage. Remove from heat and add in segments, zest and grenadine. Cold.
