Receta Chocolate Crinkles
Bitter-sweet chocolate crinkles that suites the taste of young and old alike.
Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 cups All purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter (melting at room temperature)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup confectionersâ sugar

- Pre-heat oven to 350° F.

- Use an electric mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar on medium-high speed for 2-3 mins or until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Reduce the mixer speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just incorporated together.
- Form the dough into balls (each equal to 1 level tablespoon).
- Roll each balls in the confectionersâ sugar and place on parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake until the cookies are firm and the tops crack, 13 to 15 minutes.
- Cool slightly on the baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
