Receta Chocolate Cupcakes with Caramel Frosting
Ingredientes
- Chocolate Batter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (1/2 cup or 1 cup is fine as well)
- Salted Caramel Frosting
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter a stick and a half
- 8 ounces of creme cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
