Ingredientes

  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 5 Tbsp. boiling water
  • 4 lrg Large eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. rum

Direcciones

  1. Whip egg whites till they form soft peaks. Place chocolate chips in the blender and chop for 15 seconds. Add in boiling water and blend into mush.
  2. Blend in yolks and rum. Mix in the egg whites and spoon into wine glasses. Serve.
