Receta Chocolate Dipped Stuffed Dates

- Soak dates in sufficient warm water and vanilla extract or possibly rum to cover for approximately 30 min. Drain and pat dry.
- Soak dates in Grand Marnier (1 hour). Drain if necessary.
- Stuff each date with an almond. Heat chocolate according to package directions.
- Dip date in chocolate to coat completely. Arrange on wax paper.
- Chill till chocolate is set and you are ready to serve.
