Chocolate Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 whl egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Buttermilk Additional sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350*, Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  2. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar till well blended. Add in egg and vanilla; beat till light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add in alternately with buttermilk to butter mix.
  3. Using 1/4 c. measuring c., drop dough about 2" apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 13 to 15 min or possibly till cookie springs back when touched lightly in center.
  4. While cookies are on cookie sheet, sprinkle lightly with additional sugar. Cold slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. About 1 dozen cookies
