Receta Chocolate Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Butter, softened
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 whl egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Buttermilk Additional sugar
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 350*, Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- 2. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar till well blended. Add in egg and vanilla; beat till light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add in alternately with buttermilk to butter mix.
- 3. Using 1/4 c. measuring c., drop dough about 2" apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 13 to 15 min or possibly till cookie springs back when touched lightly in center.
- 4. While cookies are on cookie sheet, sprinkle lightly with additional sugar. Cold slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. About 1 dozen cookies
