Chocolate Fleck Frozen Yogurt

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 12 ounce Can lowfat evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Plain lowfat yogurt, stirred
  • 2 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate

Direcciones

  1. In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir over moderate heat till thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; cold to lukewarm. Add in vanilla and yogurt. Chill till mix is cool.
  2. Heat chocolate. While chocolate is warm, pour it very slowly into chilled yogurt mix while stirring gently. Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or possibly follow refrigerator-freezer instructions previously posted.
