Receta Chocolate Fleck Frozen Yogurt

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 12 ounce Can lowfat evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Plain lowfat yogurt, stirred
- 2 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate

- In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir over moderate heat till thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; cold to lukewarm. Add in vanilla and yogurt. Chill till mix is cool.
- Heat chocolate. While chocolate is warm, pour it very slowly into chilled yogurt mix while stirring gently. Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or possibly follow refrigerator-freezer instructions previously posted.
