Receta Chocolate Frogs

- Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power for 2 min. Stir. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments till chocolate is almost melted. Remove from microwave and grate 1 tsp. additional chocolate over melted chocolate; stir till smooth.
- Dip molds into water and shake off excess. Fill molds with melted chocolate, reserving about 1 Tbsp. melted chocolate.
- Chill molds till chocolate is hard, about 2 hrs. Remove frogs from molds. 'Glue' eyes onto frogs with remaining melted chocolate. Store at room temperature or possibly in the refrigerator.
