Ingredientes

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 5 T flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix together and beat well. Pour into 2 cookie sheets (jelly roll pans), greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  2. Cook flour and lowfat milk till thick. Cool, then add in rest of ingredients and beat till fluffy. Spread between layers.FILLING: Mix together 1 (3 3/4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup Crisco and 1 cup lowfat milk. Beat at high speed till all sugar is dissolved. Spread filling on top of first layer of cake and top with second layer. Cut into squares.
