Ingredientes
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 5 T flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix together and beat well. Pour into 2 cookie sheets (jelly roll pans), greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Cook flour and lowfat milk till thick. Cool, then add in rest of ingredients and beat till fluffy. Spread between layers.FILLING: Mix together 1 (3 3/4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup Crisco and 1 cup lowfat milk. Beat at high speed till all sugar is dissolved. Spread filling on top of first layer of cake and top with second layer. Cut into squares.
