Ingredientes

  • 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 can (3.5-ounce) flaked coconut, divided
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 pkt (18.5-ounce) chocolate cake mix
  • 1/3 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 x Egg

Direcciones

  1. Topping: In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, vanilla extract and egg; beat till well blended. Stir in 1 c. coconut, pecans and Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Set aside.
  2. Base: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg; mix till crumbly. Press into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  3. Spread Topping over Base. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
  4. NOTE: Center may appear loose but willset upon cooling. Cold completely on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
  5. Makes 2 dozen 2-inch squares.
